Q: Is there a charge to originate my embroidered design?
A: Yes, there is a one off origination cost to set up new embroidered designs. The cost will depend on the size and complexity of your design. Typical set-up costs range from £20 to £70. We can provide an accurate cost once we have seen your artwork, which you can e-mail to us. (please see below for suitable formats).
Q: Is there a set up cost for vinyl, screen print or laser etch applications?
A: Yes, though these vary dependant on the colours, complexity, size of logo and quantity of garments. Please contact us for an accurate quote.
Q: Will I have to pay origination costs on future orders?
A: No, origination costs only apply to your first order. Further charges would only be made if you wish to amend the structure of the logo in the future, and this would normally be a nominal charge.
Q: Can we have more than one logo on our clothing?
A: Yes, we will apply logos exactly to your specification.
Q: Does the cost of the garments include my logo?
A: Yes, when we quote for garments, we include the cost for applying the design(s) to your specification.
Q: Can we see the design(s) before they are applied to the garments we order?
A: Yes, for each design, we will prepare a swatch displaying exactly how the image will look on your garments.
Q: Are there any other costs involved?
A: The only other costs are VAT and carriage, if we despatch your order by courier.
Q: Can we order plain clothing without any embroidery or printing?
A: Yes, if you do not require a logo to be applied, you can have 'plain' clothes.
Q: How many colours can we have in our design?
A: For embroidered designs, up to 12 colours, for other applications, we can advise on sight of your artwork.
Q: What are your delivery times?
A: For new orders, we will provide a swatch of your artwork for approval within one week. Once the swatch has been approved, the garments will be completed one week later, subject to any back order constraints from our garment suppliers.
Repeat orders will normally be completed within one week, subject to any back order constraints from our garment suppliers.

Q: What formats can we send our artwork in?
A: For embroidered designs we can accept artwork in the following formats, Bmp, Jpeg, Tiff, EPS, Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
For Screen Printed designs we can accept artwork in the following formats, EPS, Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Tiff, or any other vector format.
Q. Do you have a Minimum order?
A: Normally, for the first order, there is a minimum of twelve garments, though these can be a mix of items. For subsequent orders, just six.
Q. Can you create a logo for me?
A: Yes we have graphic design skills to assist you create a logo. Costs will vary dependant on the degree of work involved.
Q. I already have my embroidered design on disk, can you use it and will there be any set-up cost?
A: Yes, we can use it, if it has been 'digitised' using one of the main Embroidery software formats: Tajima, Wilcom, Barudan, Happy, ZSK. No set-up costs will apply if you have your logo on disc.
Q. I have my own garments, will you apply my logo to them?
A: Yes, subject to the minimum quantities of 12 for the first order and 6 for subsequent orders. We can give you a price if you e-mail us the design.
Q. I want names of individuals on my garments, can you do that?
A: Yes, 'monogramming' is a regular service.
Q. Can you supply ties with our logo?
A: Yes, we can work with you to design a tie exactly to your specification and incorporating your logo as you would like it. Alternatively, you can have your logo printed onto a stock tie. Please ask us for details.
